The way they're knife fighting will get them killed. Only one guy led with his knife, and all of them attempted to walk straight at there opponent, and stab. You need to have your knife in front to keep your opponent from getting close, and you need to have a good entry angle so you can strike your opponent, and avoid there counter cut, which can still happen, even if you land a lethal stab.
are there any statistics on how often marines or other divisions are involved in hand to hand situations? I can't imagine that its very often these days, but of course physical endurance and skills are always a plus.
Need more US Marines on the streets of the USA to stop all the gun crime there and more USA marines in the air – that's where it's at. I'm afraid ground forces against ICIS do nothing unless we put huge numbers in which I think would be a nonsense. I will always love the USA for WW2, they changed the world we live on, I dislike the USA because of their weird views on guns. Something isn't right.
I plan on going into the marines and I already have martial arts experience in judo Brazilian Jiu jitsu and may Thai I guess that it will actually help me

As a MACP instructor with civilian training, I wish the Army would adopt more MCMAP philosophy.
Breathing is key if you can remain in contrast to aggressively doing it.

I feel like the instructors were calm. They did not swear or yell very much.
Any Marine combat training should just be called "how to murder someone before they murder you 101"
